Bright Side Jessica and the Year 2016

"The worse year ever" according to, well, a bunch of people. And yes, while 2016 is plastered with the passing of brilliant artists and notable politicians — not to mention an *interesting* election — I look back on my personal year with a pretty big smile on my face.

For me, this year was yet another year of firsts. A year of small victories and large life celebrations. So, though I look forward to 2017 and what it will bring, I want to pay homage to the year 2016 in pictures.
