Holiday Craft Time at Work

The holiday season is always crazy busy for me, not just because of the standard busyness of holiday prep, but also because I work for a Christmas company. On occasion, though, I get to take little breaks from my computer to create. :)

My coworkers set up a craft section in our kitchen at work for people to stop by and make their own snow globes, holiday cards, bows, etc. I wasn't quite in the mood to make my own snow globe, but I did take advantage of some of the ribbon, kraft cards, and metallic pens they had. :)

I took some of the blank foil-stamped kraft cards and decided to add some lettering to it using a gold metallic pen, and I used some of the ribbon to make a bow using a technique my mom showed me years ago.

I loved how the cards turned out, and I'm really proud of how the bow turned out since I don't have a high success rate in making it yet. Haha. One day, though. My mom said I did it well, so I'd consider it a success. :)

Though it's too late to do it for this holiday season, I'll definitely consider adding holiday cards to the shop next year! What do you think? Yay or nay? Let me know in the comments below!
